Return Policy
 
Salon Savers do not refund purchases unless they are faulty or if the wrong item has been dispatched. We will however allow you to exchange products or issue you with a credit note should you not be satisfied with any purchases you make, this excludes furniture.
Damaged goods due to client negligence or items without their original packaging will not be accepted for return. Any return or exchange that does not meet the above criteria will be sent back to the customer, at their expense.
All returns must be made within seven days of purchase, be in original condition and packaging and accompanied by a copy of your receipt. We cannot refund freight charges on delivery and return of goods.
 
Faulty Goods:
 
Salon Savers adhere to all manufacturer warranty instructions relating to faulty goods. Depending on the terms of the Manufacturer warranty, faulty goods must be returned to either Salon Savers or the manufacturer to confirm the goods are faulty. All returns must be made within seven days of purchase (this may vary depending on warranty period), include original packaging and a copy of your receipt. Upon confirmation, a replacement will be sent freight free or a credit note will be issued.
 
Returns Information:
 
If you wish to return an item you may contact us by email at info@savers.ie or call 01-6205493, within seven days stating the reason for return. If you would like to replace the item you have returned, please place a new order.
 
Non Return Policy:
 
For hygiene reasons, once packaging has been opened on certain products listed but not limited to the products below, we are, subject to our discretion, unable to offer a refund or exchange unless they are faulty or misdescribed. Colours may vary from the images displayed on our website.

This does not affect your statutory rights. Salon Savers will not refund or exchange scissors once they have been purchased. Please note manufacturer warranties still apply should your scissors be faulty. A replacement pair of scissors or credit note will not be issued until advice is received from the manufacturer.
