How To Use Hi Brow Professional Eyebrow Tint

Mix with the tint developer as required and apply to brows for the recommended tinting development time.

The tint can be performed as a separate treatment, or as part of the Hi Brow Lamination or Hi Brow Classic Treatments.

Development times up to 15 minutes.
